Bad Smell in Bank’s Security Booth

Have you ever noticed a kind of odour that fill your nostrils inside some bank’s security booth these days?

.

Especially when the queue at the entrance is long. I mean so many people trying to get inside the bank hurriedly especially on a Monday morning.

.
I have encountered these situation about twice now and each time, I had to hold my breath till the booth opened and I had fresh air rush into my nostrils.

.
How do people do it? I mean how do people’s body odour stay/remain in the booth after they have left?

.
I think its best not to go inside bank during rush hours again. The kind of bad smells that stay within the booth around that time is unquantifiable.

.
Has anybody else witnessed it? Or is it just me?

.
Odours are bad especially when it comes from the body. I am even talking about early morning odours here. You mean you had a bath, applied body cream(or not), put on fresh clothes, yet, entering the security booth after you is almost life threatening.

So, I was down with malaria almost throughout last week. I didnt step out until thursday morning. So, I could not post on this blog. I had typed some few words but I ended up not posting so here is it…..

.
Some days are good. Some days are hard. Some are harder than normal.

.
After the unexpected episode of malaria since about 5days ago, I just stepped into sunshine today.

.
At some point on Sunday night, it looked as if my head was getting two times bigger, the pain in my skull was intense. I groaned till daybreak.

.
As I stepped out today, I still had to see the empty chair of my dad at his office again. The torture of having to see that sometimes is killing.

.
Nevertheless, the sun didn’t shine any less brighter today than it did on June 1st.
So, as I try so hard to brush it off like everybody says, it gets harder, more real and the pain more intense.

.
Most days, I feel so traumatized. Saturdays are especially difficult because that used to be our normal visiting day. Last Saturday was hard. Truth is, it’s harder than I thought. Harder than the way I took it since June 1st and July 1st.

.
When people are laughing and shouting around me, I keep a stony look wondering what amuses them so much.

.
But, life is what it is. Loss is what it is. It leaves you with imaginations….and memories of what could have been.
