An Exclusive Interview You Have To Read!!!

I had an exclusive interview with the anchor of the popular book club show on Channels TV, Mr Olakunle Kasumu.

.
If you need to know about how the bookclub started, you have to read this interview.
If you need to know what it takes to be a self published author in Nigeria, you don’t want to miss this exclusive.

.
If you need to know what it takes to anchor a TV show in Nigeria, you need to hear Mr Kunle Kasumu

.
If you think your science degree has narrowed your choices or you think you need a special degree to be a TV host, you might be wrong. This interview is just for you. Don’t miss it.

.
And lest I forget, I enjoyed reading the interview. It has inspired me greatly. I call it exclusive because you’d hardly find any gist on Mr Kasumu on the internet save for his bio and a little about his work. He was generous enough to answer all my questions.

.
He said he almost fainted when he saw that I gave him 16 questions and he really did justice to them. I don’t have to edit anything. And to imagine he has to read every book before reviewing it??????? He can’t name the number of books he has read so far.

.
He’s a very kind and humble soul. I like him as much as I like Mr Femi Adesina. They even almost look alike. Mr Adesina too is very humble and easy to talk to. I have saved these lessons for when I become great.

.
I will publish his exclusive later tonight or tomorrow.

.
ÀBOUT MY BOOK

.
At the time life had me on a roller coaster or rather a topsy turvy, I had to tell publisher to let me alone for a while. Not that the books shouldn’t have been ready. But I am responsible for the delay. I didn’t have time to listen neither did I want to hear anything about it as at then.

.
But to God be the glory, we have resumed talks. We are working on bringing it out soonest. Kindly bear with us just a little bit more.

.
About the book reading….

.
I honestly don’t know if I should still come for it. ‘He’ promised he was going to be there with me so how am i supposed to go alone? To have such an enormous event without any loved one around? #smh#

.
Again, I am now a homeless someborri in ibadan. My obvious romance with the ancient city has kind of ended. No more famzing.

.
Not completely homeless though but my Uncle’s house has two wild dogs living in it. I don’t classify dogs as domestic animals anymore. They are wild animals. Especially after they cried all through the night on the day I brought ‘dad’ home. I didn’t sleep all through the night. And since my room there is adjacent to dog house, I just can’t deal.

.

The last time I was there, I made sure my cousins joined me in the room. Four or five of us packed ourselves on a single bed. But I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there especially when my cousins arrived. Then the free food-jollof.

.

Luckily, I was moved upstairs the next night and I had a more peaceful rest. I hate dogs.
Then, I promised to write about the issue of spirits and our African beliefs. You don’t want to miss it. Its funny and serious as well.

.

The weather is playing hide and seek here. One time its clear and bright later, it looks like its going to rain. After denying myself of roasted corn throughout yesterday, because I was abstaining from food, I think its time to walk down the street to get a number of roasted corns to celebrate my new ‘orphan’ status.

.
I won’t forget to buy suya this night too. The suya is to celebrate the beginning of a new life.

.
My chocolate dessert? I will get it on my way from the office during the week. I pray that the roasted corn, suya and chocolate dessert take all my pains away forever. If after eating all those I still feel the same way, what next?????
