    It’s quite interesting to know that you think(a lot) while others tend to gravitate towards thinking less. It’s a very brave decision and one which is a bit tricky. However once you’re one with that decision it becomes a norm. How do you handle the highs and lows? How do you bring yourself back to that happy level (out of depression) ?

      The depression is no longer chronic as it used to be. The only thing that easily bring me out of it is: getting a story idea or poem to write,it excites me afresh. I get depressed out of inactivity most times but once am mentally engaged in other equally important tasks, I switch back to my happy mood.it’s that simple.
